With nearly twenty years legal experience in the employment and litigation practice areas, Emma is a highly experienced and competent UK registered lawyer. Having qualified in the UK, she acquired considerable Court experience and remains a registered solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. She has represented clients on a range of matters and regularly appears before mediation and the Employment Relations Authority as an Employment Advocate.

Emma is a leading authority on all employment matters and regularly speaks at seminars and workshops. She also conducts a twice-yearly series of in-house seminars to discuss topics of interest and current trends in the employment and human resources industries.

When she’s not busy working, Emma loves to read, attend yoga classes and potter around in the garden.

David Monsellier – Managing Director

Having successfully owned and operated his own businesses in a variety of industries over the years, David is able to provide the team with his wealth of experience in business development and strategic marketing. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the business which includes driving our vision and strategy for growth.

David’s role helps to set the standards and implement our values by working with the team to ensure that processes, training, professional development and productivity reflects our principle goals. In addition to managing the overall operations of the business, David also plays an active role in business development and enjoys networking.

When he’s not in the office he can often be seen on the golf course, or contemplating his next renovation project.

 

Chantelle Van Zyl – Employment Relations Assistant

After taking a real interest in Employment Law and workplace relations, Chantelle has taken a step into the legal world by taking on the role of Employment Relations Assistant. Chantelle has experience in assisting with a variety of employment law and HR related matters for both employees and employers. She regularly assists clients at mediation and has attended the Employment Relations Authority.

Chantelle has a strong understanding of the issues facing employers on a day to day basis and her strength lies in her ability to understand clients and their overall business needs. When she’s not busy assisting the team with their caseload, Chantelle enjoys the responsibility of managing our social media, marketing and general communications. In what little spare time she has – Chantelle loves to be creative and enjoys painting and reading (oh, and eating chocolate).
