The successful candidate will be required to assist employers (spanning a range of industries) on a variety of issues:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes and drafting employment documentation
  • Creating and implementing internal policies and procedures
  • Conducting performance reviews and drafting all necessary paperwork
  • Conducting formal processes such as disciplinary, incapacity, redundancy etc.
  • Creating and retaining employment records
  • Responding to day to day staffing issues
  • Developing key relationships with clients on retainer programmes

Located on Auckland’s North Shore, we are a well-established and highly respected business that provides quality advice and assistance to employers throughout New Zealand.

Due to a continually busy caseload of HR related matters, we are wanting to expand our current team with an experienced advisor to assist with HR matters and to develop our monthly retainer programmes.

You’ll be relationship-focused and keen to develop long-standing relationships with clients. This has always been the key to our success together with our pragmatic advice and friendly approach.
